Multimedia Development Studio
Located in 651 Phillips Hall, the LMC Multimedia Development Studio serves the multimedia development and training needs of language faculty and graduate students, providing access to specialized hardware and software for producing and testing media-based materials for language instruction. All faculty and graduate students who are involved in developing multimedia materials for language teaching may use this facility 24/7 with key access. Send requests for keys to our email account.
Users can also transfer and edit video from cameras or other media using the equipment and software in the 651 PH Studio. LMC staff can help with tasks such as capture of video clips from DVD or VHS for the Web, capture or manipulation of images from various sources (including slides), and audio capture.
